What: Run or walk the National Mall and engage with international colleagues
When: Friday, 8th August, 0630-0730
Where: Link-up point: Parkway Drive NW; IVO the Lincoln Memorial Beach Volleyball Courts; metered parking available
Why: To start the day with PT together with like-minded colleagues in a fantastic city and improve our fitness.
What is more enjoyable than morning PT with friends and colleagues in the heart of “the city that changes the world”?
Members of the Washington Association of Military Attachés are invited to join a morning PT session on the National Mall. We would meet at 0630 close to the Lincoln Memorial and then run or walk in groups for approximately 50 minutes. After the session we enjoy some sports drinks, stretch and mingle at the parking lot before heading back to our offices.
